Evidence & research status

PQuest is developed as an evidence-informed project. Its theoretical and methodological foundations draw on relevant psychological research, while the PQuest Method itself has not yet been empirically validated.

Research relating specifically to PQuest and individual PQuest Trainings will be distinguished from the literature supporting their theoretical foundations.
